Shipping Policy
We ship Monday - Saturday (except on Postal holidays). Most orders ship within 2-3 business days, if product is in stock. In an effort to get your order on your doorstep as quickly as possible we use USPS Priority Mail . We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00.
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, you will be charged an estimated amount based on the weight and size of the products you ordered according to the following chart:

$15.001. We always want to provide you with fair shipping costs and we will refund any shipping differential once your order is packaged and weighed for shipment.* The refund will come to you by the same method you used to pay for your order . Because of associated fees with your transaction, we do not refund shipping differences under $1.00.
2. We are not responsible for any damages that occurs in shipping.
3. If you need an item by a certain time please notify us of that at info@aliveinstampinggrace.com before you place the order.
Policies
Returns
1. A return authorization must be made with in 10 days from the invoice date.
2. To secure a return authorization contact Alive In Stamping Grace at info@aliveinstampinggrace.com
3. The product must be returned in original packaging, unopened or showing no use if not in package.
4. We will then give you a store credit for product, not shipping and handling, to be used with in 3 months of issued date.
Defective Product
1. We must be notified of defective product within 10 days of invoice date.
2. The product must be returned in original packaging.
3. If product is found to be defective it will be replaced, if still available, or with same priced product and shipping and handling will be covered.
Shipping Damage
1. We are not responsible for damage done while shipping.
